The Spiral 'The Spiral' is the nickname for the poorest parts of Retter. It's on the south side of the Fence and rife with crime. The Cops do little in these parts, but when they do roll into town, they make life hell for the people living here. It's quite fair in a way, since no-one here is innocent of crime. It is a way to survive. What hell is this? Sub-boards: Block of Flats, The City's Council Housing., Retter Boulevard. "Blood Row", St Angela's Secondary Education Building, Shopping quarter. |

The Warehouse District Full of imposing steel buildings, be they factories, or just abandoned, the Warehouse district is one of the less reputable areas of the Spiral. |

The Fence A six foot deep, barbed wire topped fence that scythes the city in two. Guards patrol the more exclusive areas, mostly on the North Side, but the South is covered in graf. |

The Citadel The Citadel is a massive 3098 foot tower. It is over 1000 square foot at it's base. It is the most famous government building in all of Retter, mainly because of it's sinister windowless form, which hangs ominously over the North part of Retter. |
