Retter Boulevard. Renound for being a no-go for anyone not wanting 'a piece of the action'. The roughest place in Retter, albeit the Civalised world. Much like an arena, blood spills mostly every night as gangs vye to tag the infamous and unholy ground.
Expect massive trouble if you're walking here. Though it's you're own fault, everyone has heard of this place.

A stark name, for a stark building. Large, imposing and made of simple plyboard concrete, this 5 story building sits in a fenced off area, with a roll gate and large car park. The lower walls are covered with graf, a lot by the pupils.
