A handsome semi-detached house who welcomes all who wander into the newly built housing estate in search of the ideal home.
The home to be has a classic red brick exterior, complete with a rather spacious driveway, freshly paved and without a single solitary oil stain in sight.
To the left of the drive lies a broad strip of grass where a path has been laid to lead up to the front door, black in colour, and complete with a gold-painted letter box, where the number one proudly hangs, the very same colour as the letter box itself.
The inside of the house is as impressive as the outside. The living room is quite spacious, large enough to comfortably sit three or four people in its quarters. A plaster fireplace decorates the far wall, complete with a humble mantle piece perched above it, the perfect place to huddle up to when the winter creeps in.
The kitchen, a little smaller than the living room that leads into it, is quite cozy, complete with a row of cupboards and units which fit flush against the walls. A sliding glass door fixed into the wall leads into the back garden, filled with only grass, until it becomes what its owner wish for it to become.
A small cupboard sits under the stairs, which when climbed, leads to a small landing, where doors to the bathroom, and the two bedrooms lie beyond. The master bedroom is most spacious, and the spare bedroom, located to the right of the master, is just a little smaller, but just large enough to fit a double bed in width ways. The bathroom is quite small, and comes with a bath, a ceramic wash basin, where a mirrored cabinet hovers neatly above, and a lavatory. In addition to all this, there is an attic - ideal to convert should the need ever arise.
