House three follows the same blueprints as most of the houses situated in the estate.
The home sports a timeless red brick shell, and a rather spacious, newly formed drive way. The door, a charming shade of emerald green comes with a gold-painted letter box, and a house number plate fixed beside the thick door. A grassy strip sits beside the driveway, and is also the home to the path which arrived to the front door step.
The living room is large enough to house up to four people, and the center piece, a plaster fireplace decorates the far wall, where a humble mantle piece perches just above it, ideal for cold nights. A stair case leading up to the second floor of the house is also present in the living room opposite the fireplace, and underneath it stands a small cupboard, which can be used for storing anything.
The kitchen fair in size, is complete with a row of shelved cupboards and units fitted to perfection. A dull expanse of grass is visible through the sliding glass door which connects the kitchen to the outside world.
In the second floor hall lies the bathroom and the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is completely barren, and only few square meters smaller than the kitchen below it. The spare bedroom, located to the right of the master, is just a little smaller, but is still large enough to house a double bed, a night stand, and a wardrobe. The bathroom, compared to the bedrooms, is rather small, and comes installed with a bath, a ceramic wash basin - with a compulsory mirrored cabinet - and a lavatory. The attic is also present, and can be transformed into another room if needed by the owner.
